Whilst we make an effort to remove it, I have noticed this evening that a pallet has been thrown down there along with the packaging. I am 6 months pregnant and cannot remove the rubbish, I am also concerned for people walking along the greenway as this may fall on them. At night we are plagued by boy racers. There are critcially no speed inhibitors; the Shiply Park road has been resurfaced so encouraging travel at speed, and some misguided sole last year increased the speed limit to West Hallam from 30 mph to 40 mph. This has no doubt encouraged the increase in through traffic which accelerates dangerously and noisily out of the village from the crossroads and decelerates while still at speed as it approaches the village crossroads.
