Ridiculously Loud Music, 5th December

At various times during the day for periods of up to 1 hour, a certain property plays loud, offensive lyric music. It is so loud, it can be heard from at least 15 properties away and causes disturbance to all. Even with double glazed windows closed and a significant distance from the property, the music can be heard. As discussed it is also the nature of the music, not only the volume. Unfortunately neighbours are scared of reporting the problem due to retribution from the offenders, hence it will probably require them to be "caught in the act". The music seems to be played mostly between 12:30pm-3:30pm, Mondays - Fridays. I personally know of at least 4 other neighbours at the end of their tether will this situation but are scared to do anything about it. PLEASE HELP!

Dog Fouling in The Vale Oakley, 3rd December

At the point located on the map, alongside a house fence are 4 or 5 large piles of dog excreta. This a route to a kiddies park. I am not sure what the bylaws are in Oakley regarding dog fouling, but if I manage to catch whoevers dog is doing this I will politely challange them to clear it up. Meanwhile perhaps the council can arrange to remove it. PLEASE NOTE THAT IN MY PREVIOUS REPORT I INDICATED A WRONG LOCATION ON THE MAP. THIS IS THE CORRECT LOCATION.

Teenagers leaving large amount of Refuse over weekends, 30th November

On Sat 29 Nov 08 Teenagers used the childrens playpark between Rycroft Meadow and Arcadia Close as somewhere to drink alcohol and eat fast food. On the morning of Sun 30 Nov 08 while out jogging I stopped for 20 mins to clear up the mess and found at least 2 crates of empty beer and various empty wine bottles, empty deodorant cans and the odd gas can. I cleared all up. There were also some broken bottles around the swings and I was concerned that young children (i have a 2yr old) may hurt themselves here. The teenagers have also started taking dogs into the playground despite clear signing and are foul mouthed when asked to remove them. This park is generally a very nice place for young children but recently teenagers have started to change the atmosphere and the condition of the site.

More tags on Brighton Hill Park signs, 23rd November

The Brighton Hill Park signs have been tagged, in particular the one near Schubert Road. Combined with the graffiti on the subway, garages and fences from Haydn Road, and on the CATV cabinet, garages, pipe, dustbin, and school in the direction of The Harrow Way, and the bench and sign tagging in the park, this alleyway is becoming an eyesore.

BMW with out-of-date tax, 15th November

There is a black BMW 3-series registration N672 RFP parked in Keats Close with road tax that expired at the end of September 2008. As parking is a premium in this area, vehicles being left such as this are causing major issues.

Electricity Sub-Station Danger, 15th November

The gates of the sub-station in Keats Close are often open. By the looks of it they've been pushed open so many times that the bolts have been damaged. This needs securing or someone is going to be seriously hurt.

Constant Traffic, 29th October

Once again, people seem to treat this road like a through route. This morning with all the snow it was IMPOSSIBLE never mind slow to get off the driveway. Admittedly the weather made it worse, however traffic has been an issue here for the past number of years ever since the road had been opened.
