Dangerous debris, 12th October

There is an abundance of rubbish, litter, and lots of broken glass and beer bottles scattered along Gladstone Street and John Street, it is a dangerous health hazard, especially to smaller children. It looks like a third world country and is a disgrace.

Every day our garden has more dog mess. We cannot ever see the culprit. The garden is cleared, and when we go out, on our return we find more. I can only surmise it is someone on the street who lets the dog out when they see us go out. I have one of only 2 front gardens on the street. I have not seen any stray dogs at all in the 2 weeks I have been living here so it must be an owner on the street

The large sign at the end of Newcastle Avenue( Worksop) for the A57 / A60 is mostly covered in trees and needs trimming back to see the sign

Drain cover missing, 6th September

There is a storm drain on the pave,ent at the corner of Mable Street and Mary Street without a cover. Possible trip hazard

Regular Fly tipping, 21st July

This field is always full of flytipping. Often TVs and shopping trolleys. There have also been wardrobes and black bin liners full of toys

Alluminium ore dust blowing over Residential homes constantly in the prevailing winds, also other contaminates i.e Zircon Flour,(known carcinogen) dust emitted to air during drying,bagging process. Company polluting is Trent Wharfage Logistics, they have been doing it for years and getting away with it.The problem has been previously reported to West Lindsey Environment Dept, but the Company in question operate in Bassetlaw District.

Large clouds of dust, constant from this area, is it safe to breathe? i also belive they have "ZIRON FLOUR" stored there WARNING! CANCER HAZARD, MAY CAUSE CANCER. Dust inhalation may be harmful to the respiratory system. This product contains naturally occurring radioactive uranium, thorium and radium. Over exposure to dusts containing radioactive uranium, thorium and radium may cause lung cancer. This product also contains respirable quartz. The predominant effect of overexposure to airborne quartz in humans is silicosis. Individuals with preexisting conditions of the lungs may have increased susceptibility to the toxicity. please investigate

Litter Clearing, 2nd May

Would it be possible to ensure that litter picking from grass verges is done as soon as possible after grass cutting as so much litter is revealed by the mower? The unsightly litter spoils the good effect of the mowing.

A newly fitted gate (previously damaged by vandalism) and an old wall have been damaged by graffiti. I am keen to get it removed so that further damage is discouraged.

Dog fouling on my front garden, 10th April

We are constanly having to clear up other peoples dog poo from our front garden, every day there will be a fresh lot. Many people walk there dogs past our house but I often see local dogs roaming the area.

There is a pile of black rubbish bags, some that have been torn open by cats etc and a row of Green and Blue Wheely Bins that are full to overflowing and obviously have not been collected, possibly because they are overflowing.A local resident complained to me about this.

There always seems to be cars parked opposite the junction to Stubbing Lane. The double yellow lines should be extended and enforced. Are there any traffic wardens in Worksop as the yellow lines are always parked on. Stubbings Lane always has workers cars parked on the yellow lines. Parking is cheap in Worksop so there is no excuse.
