The path itself could do with replacing soon as it is in disrepair. This footpath is an excellent way to access Martin Mere Nature reserve, which is one of Blackpool's finest assets. Also there is a bit by litter on the footpath, mostly by the Preston New Road end where their was yesterday some polystyrene packaging.
