Terrible soil erosion/misuse of landscape, 1st November

Alongside the pedestrian pathway beyond the Post Office/convenience store, there is on the small grass covered hill parallel to the path a very serious soil erosion problem. Despite loads of useful paths everywhere close by, this cut'through path is wearing the hill down substantially and when people use it or when it rains, soil and stones easily fall onto the main path below causing a pile of soil to build and cause obstruction problems/bike punctures if little flints on tarmac from loose soil.
Please can this worn hill be repaired, with renewed soil plus new grass and a means of preventing people from abusing it any further. A path is just not needed there.
Thank you.

Overfilled trashcans - too little recycling, 28th October

It has been an on-going concern in this neighborhood that many people tend to not bother recycling much, and instead overfill their trashcans by 1-3 bags each fortnightly collection.

Can we please encourage better recycling efforts by penalizing residents across the region who habitually overfill their trashcans?

Two weeks ago I noticed the three large boundary stones on the public lawn between the road and my house had each been sprayed with black happy faces. May we have these sorted out? Thank you.

Potential dangerous dog, 5th September

I was putting some mail through the mailbox of No.100 St. Martin's Way, Thetford today and my fingers were literally nearly torn off my right hand! This dog was very ready to attack and any mailman is also at risk of attack. I saw it vaguely through the mailbox, and being familiar with dangerous dogs in the UK, I ask if this dog can be examined to ensure either it is not illegal under the Dangerous Dogs Act or in a postion to harm others?

Park becoming derelict, 2nd September

Forest covered in old trash, 22nd August

The forest path cutting through the trees is often used by local folks, but tends to have a decent amount of trash (old and new) scattered around, like beer cans, cigarette stompies and candy wrappers. Can this be sorted out to clean up the woodland environment?
Thank you.

Trashcans still very overfilled, 22nd August

I have noticed the green trashcan at No.85 St.Martin's Way when put out by its users is always too full with between 1-3 trashbags routinely over the top. Consequentially many flies are close by and I can't open my windows then or they'll get in my house. The council don't seem interested on the exceeded limit at No.85 whereas others councils would slap a fine down. I have reported this concern before in recent months and no action/response has been made to date. Can something be done to prevent over exposure of trash?, which leaves the lid a good half meter open and not just a little bit.
