Degeneration of road surface, 27th May

The whole of Innage Lane from Greenfields road to the Fire Station is an absolute disgrace, the road surface is badly potholed and a danger to motorcyclists and cyclists,in twenty years of living here I cannot remember this road ever being properly repaired, there is no doubt that the school traffic has added to this problem in that people will insist on parking right outside the county infants instead of parking in the carpark and walking their children the short distance to school,in the morning this in itself causes complete chaos for pedestrians and motorists alike.

Hedgecutting, 22nd May

As I have said, the hedge on the same side of the road as St Nicholas church Oldbury needs cutting right back, you have said why don't I write to the councillors or volunteer a pledge, may I say that there is too much of this in Bridgnorth where the council do not fulfill their responsibilities for the council tax that we pay.The council quite happily let people cut grass etc that should be cut by the council workmen, this is precisely why I voted for the abolition of Bridgnorth Council.

Void House left to dereliction, 19th January

The unoccupied house on the corner of Woodlands Road adjacent to Broseley Cricket Club car park has had fixtures removed leaving in insecure and open to vandalism. It looks unsightly and spoils a pretty conservation area. It is a disgrace that the new owners have allowed this to occur since applying for permission to demolish it and build 3 houses. It seems to have been left to become derelict.

Trees Felled, 19th January

Two trees have been felled by persons unknown over the past few days at this position in a conservation area. I wondered if it was a council decision to remove them and why. I also wondered whther a private person had removed them either legally or legally and whether they had applied for permission and gone through the necessary consultation to do so. I received no notification of this action.
