That's fourth time dog fouling on my front garden late night within 1 week that's mean no lead this area I am fed up with it

Youths on upper grassington drive come out after dark and run riot and cause disturbance for residents, football , knock and run , kicking tv and telephone junction boxes

Harrison street seems to be used as a canine lavatory for a lot of people. These people never clean it up as they should.

Lots of litter all over this roundabout and all the approach roads, 8th February

This roundabout connects the A6068 road to the M65. The sides of the A6068 all the way down to the Padiham traffic-lights is strewn with litter on both sides and needs to be cleaned up. The roundabout, the M65 motorway and A56 on the other side of the roundabout are also strewn with huge amounts of litter that never seems to get collected. Can someone please arrange for it also to be picked up.

Please see the attached photo. Is the car in the picture parked illegally? It's not in the 40minute parking bay that you can see on the road but it's not on the pavement either. The car is parked there during the day on most week days.

I reported the black bags on monday morning but looking at the map i had put the arrow in the wrong place so since i have ammended it .they are next to no 49 right behind the garage which is next to this house

Rubbish has been put at the side of [edited for privacy - details sent to council] behind garages if itis not adressed now they will do again and this is going to cause a health hazard concerned because the kids play in this area

We hired a skip for builders refuse as we are having work done. It has been filled with bags of domestic waste and recycling from residents of 7 Shore Street. On inspection of rubbish found severavl letter to this address as well as old prescriptions. Rubbish is full of plastic bottles, cans, dirty nappies, baby clothes etc. WE have removed waste from skip and laid beside. What are we supposed to do with this? Shall we take back to original owners? Can Council take action against residents of no 7 Shore Street for flytipping?

For many weeks there has been rubbish dumped in a parking area just of the Causeway Road near the wind turbines. It really is an eyesore!
