There is a drain/grid situated at the back of the property of 162 Wash Lane, i am not sure who the drain/grid belongs to or what its purpose serves but it is now overgrown with weeds and leafage and everytime it rains this blocks and floods with water which is quite widespread

Illegal Advertising Hoarding, 18th November

Someone has placed a large advertising hoarding in the public St Margarets Park on the corner of Bury Old Road and St Margarets Road.

It detracts from the aesthetic and public nature of the park area, and as I understand it, hoarding of this kind and in this placement contravenes the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 2007.

I would request that Bury's Planning and/or Parks department remove this eyesore immediately.

Flytipping, 10th November

Lots of rubbish has been dumped here. Behind Tesco and Prestwich hospital. Children play football on the grass area next to where all the rubbish is tipped. Also people use the walkway to get to tescos. Don't know who owns the land but surly tesco, prestwich hospital or the council should get this area cleared.

Complete road/pavement replacement, 28th October

The area indicated is known as the "Moss Shaw Estate". The estate was built over 50 years ago and is a private (as opposed to council) estate. There are two nearby council estates (Bolton Rd Est) that have had major road/pavement refurbishing done,it is high time that "moss Shaw" received the same consideration, the pavements in particilar being seriously dangerous.

Poor State of Kiln Street, 14th September

Kiln Street - As far as I am aware begins at Dundee Lane crosses Garnett Street and ends at Buchanan Street. It is used by types of vehicles e.g.children being taken to St Joseph's School, refuse wagons. The street is in terrible state with large potholes, uneven sections and large puddles. Surely it could be leveled and at least be given a surface of hard core.

Outside 174 whalley road - road repaired 6 months ago but subsided again leaving a large hole which fills with water. Traffic cannot avoid it - and each time a vehicle goes past the dirty water covers the wall, front door and windows plus soaks any pedestrians. Fed up of dirty windows, wet walls and dirty pavement. Dangerous as cars that see it swerve to avoid it - please can you repair soonest

Obstructed pathway, 1st June

I have recently found travelling on the pavement alongside the humpback bridge (that crosses the old rail line at Bradley Fold) a hazardous ordeal. It was necessary for me to cross the road TWICE at each side of the hump because greenery overhanging the pavement at each side made it unpassable. Having to cross at either side of a humpback bridge on a 40mph road is unnerving, particularly when on bikes with children as I was. Cutting back the greenery would greatly be appreciated.
