A number of uncollected rubbish bags on street, 23rd November

Outside 44 and 46 Old Dover Road, Canterbury, there are a number of uncollected rubbish bags that have been there for some period of time. It's unsightly and a health hazard - and in the dark there's potential for someone to trip over them. It's not clear why they've not been removed by Serco, but they should be taken away since passers by are adding to the rubbish, causing a build up of waste on the street.

The pond has several discarded items including what looks like a bike thrown in. The water is also quite foul

This is becoming a habit for someone clearing out personal items from nearby house. Previous items that were left for weeks removed by local ratepayer not Serco!

Car park behind High Street, 5th November

There are no signs from car park directing people to amenities such as the High Street, Beach, Tourist infrmation centre or Council offics. Please could you supply these.

Memorial Park Herne Bay, 3rd November

Whilst walking through the park last week I assisted an elderly lady who had tripped on the uneven pathways. Whilst she was only shaken I helped her home and promised I would contact the Council about the poor state of the park I am aware of the Memorial park regeneration plans for the long term but I would advise there appear to be urgent repairs needed to provide the park as as safe and secure environment. The pathways are dangerous, at least two street lights were not working, kids were gathered on bikes not menancing but causing one to be quite guarded. The outbuildings are derelict and unused am another walker advised that the security cameras are not in action. Could you please inform me of the state of the park, what repairs are in process to ensure the safety for all to enjoy. Many thanks Kim Hennelly

The road sign as you approach the Roundabout iscompletely covered by bushes and small tress. Eddington Roundabout. It is hazadous as traffic approaches the undabout they hesitate at the sign trying to decipher the direction that they want but cannot see. This will cause an accident and needs to be sorted urgently

Trees along Canterbury Road are obstructing signs for the parking controlled zone at access routes into the town centre, this Sign inCanterbury Road, cannot be seen by drivers; right, this sign in Mortimer Street refers only to the pedestrianised zone and not to parking restrictions

The public toilets in the memorial park are closed and boarded up. Please can you provide this facility to the public and advise why they have been closed in the first place.
