We have to walk or drive our rubbish bags to Lansdown Place Lane. We never know which bin to put them in as they are not numbered; we could then be accused of fly-tipping and this will cause havoc if rules about charging for recycling/rubbish are brought in. This morning someone had simply dumped their rubbish by the recycling bins which needs cleaning up - I am not happy about touching other people's rubbish, particularly not that of someone who is somehow incapable of disposing inappropriately. Please can someone come and clean it up (by the door to 25 Lansdown Place) and the highly inadequate rubbish disposal system in this area be reviewed.
