The cars are often parked with no consideration for the local residents (of 364, 366, 368 and 372) Chester Road, and are often parked half on, and half-off the pavement, causing obstructions to the traffic on Chester Road, and often to the residents of 364, 366, 368 and 372 by obstructing views of the oncoming (sometimes speeding) traffic from the Chester/Sandiway/Whitegate & Littledales Lane. Despite the highways people painting the road with red hashed markings, the nursing staff seem unable (or mor likely unwilling) to park closer to the village centre (or Hartford Station). The local PCSO's seem to be unwilling to press the point with either the Health Authority, the staff themselves, or the owner/residents of 370 Chester Road.
