The lighting on the path from Broad Street to Alloa Tower was switched on for a short few nights but has now remained unlit for eight days now

Road verge / roundabout upkeep, 26th October

The roundabout at the top of Alloa Park Drive doesn't appear to have received any landscaping maintenance since it was first planted 3 years ago. The grass has been cut a couple of times, but the planting in the centre is all overgrown with weeds - it hasn't been touched at all. Really lets the area down - and not good representation for Clackmannanshire Council.

Drainage - huge puddle, 26th October

There is a speed ramp on right across the road, and every time we get moderately heavy rain a huge puddle appears with buildup of water above the speed ramp. This has been a known problem for over 2 years and has been reported to Robertson homes (the developers) who have made no attempt to rectify the problem.

Dog fouling & Fly tipping, 17th October

There is a major problem of dog fouling and also fly tipping in the area behind Bellevue Park on the country path.

Shillinghill alleyway, 6th October

Although it is not a public right of way, we get old sofas, broken lamps, old cookers etc dumped in our alleyway on at least once a month. We are not allowed to lock the gate at the entrance to this alley as it is a fire exit for the dentists and solicitors next door. We can't afford to put a new gate in at the end of the alleyway but the council has told us we are to be charged in future for the flytipped materials to be removed. It is a health and safety hazard as well as a future financial liability for us.

Breaking up road surface, 7th August

At the end of Balfour Street, the road surface is in a very poor condition and serveral bits have disintegrated altogehter. Given that this is a regualrly used turning area at the end of the culdesac we would appreciate if action could be taken to improve the state of this part of the road.

This is a real danger which was first reported to the Council a week ago and is at a corner where the pavement has been lowered and is used by many elderly people and a blind person

A previous road repair across width of road is very bumpy to drive over and is a danger to cars suspensions and is unavoidable.

1 - now that Aldi is open there is no right of way for traffic coming from either shop, lights turn green for both exits at the same time and it is a free for all and only a matter of time before someone is hurt. 2 - Surely a modern intelligent set of traffic signals can react to traffic flow quicker than these ones?

Speeding cars, 28th March

An increase in the volume of traffic along Smithfield Loan has also resulted in many cars breaking the speed limit, even though speed bumps were introduced this doesnt seem to put many drivers off tearing along the street. Since this road is really busy with small children (my own included) going to and from St Johns, I am very concerned that sooner or later there will be a serious incident. I really feel that this area should have more routine traffic policing. Today I saw a car driving so fast over the speed bumps that its back wheels lifted off the ground. I'm sure I'm not the only parent concerned that their child might be trying to cross the road when one of these idiots drives by.

Dumped rubbish, 18th March

The area highlighted on map, is being used by local residents to dump unwanted white goods, paving slabs, and general rubbish. Unsure who this area belongs too, but upkeep is very poor, and weeds, grass, nettles and bushes are left to grow wildly! Because area is left unattended, kids play in this area, messing about with rubbish, braking glass bottles, and tearing down the fence! It's a total eyesore, and neighbors have mentioned that mice/rats have been seen, we do not want them entering our house's. Is there anyway this could be cleaned up and kept tidy? Or owner's made to take responsibility for this area? Hope you can help!
