Dangerous hanging tree over public footpath , 11th November

The public footpath here is blocked by two fallen trees. One was already reported in October 2008. However on 10/11/08 another limb of this tree has fallen and is blocking the path. It is hung up, so may fall further over the path.

The vegetation at this junction is overgrown meaning car drivers turning right out of Horkesley Road into Boxted Road do so at their peril. Can these be trimmed back?

Stadium, 8th September

I live a mile away from the stadium and the noise from the stadium is unacceptably loud - considering I chose to live in the country. The promised noise reduction screens seem to be non-existing.

Further, the light polution from the stadium is horrendous. The lights are on every night - regardless of whether the stadium is in use.

Lazy dustman, 3rd July

Point 1,
I have recently seen large blocks of polystyrene just left outside to be blown all over the place and old cd racks just left on the road side for the dustman to pick up but they dont pick them up. If the council wants to be the best in the country at recycling, why is it necessary to put these items in a plastic bag, its pointless, all it does is waste more plastic plus more carbon emissions from the owners cars to drive to the dump and put them there. Can the dustman please take items such as these away with them.

Point 2, The dustman are very lazy, recently I found a metal tray for a spare car wheel laying in the middle of the road, so I put it in a green box for recycling. Did they take it, no, it was left in the box, why should I have to take it to the dump? Its not mine and I was just keeping the road clear.

The road is filthy, 3rd July

Point 1, I cant remember the last time I saw our street clean. The dustman dont seem to care about leaving bits and pieces just laying on the road. Every week there are drinks cartons and paper that is left and when it rains it makes the whole street look awful. Can somebody please clean it up or have a word with the dustman to be more careful.

Point 2,
The poor people on Alexandra Terrace have never had their street cleaned. When the dustman dont take something it can stay there for weeks until some one does something about it.

Point 3,
There always seems to be lots of fag buts and squashed cans on the floor, especially towards maldon road, can this be cleaned?

Mobile Home Reg CFB967V, 7th December

A mobile home has been parked outside the Golf Club in Braiswick for around 2 months now, it appears not to have moved and my husband has seen mail "delivered" on the windscreen. This is not only causing problems with traffic flow at busy times but we are concerned that someone is living there "for free". We realise there are no parking restrictions at this point but would appreciate this being investigated to ensure nothing untoward is going on.

Graffiti on bench, 24th August

Recently the "Bench of Wisdom" on the pathway between Margaret Road and St. Peter's Street (in the Kings Meadow) has had some additional graffiti painted onto it. The new graffiti is in white paint and so shows very clearly on the dark brown wood.

The words include (but without the asterisks) "F*CK OFF" and "C*NT". This path is one which is used by a lot of people and young children. I have a young daughter myself and am concerned that she might start reading the words on the bench and repeating them.

It would be great if the graffiti could be removed.

Thanks!
