Cars on pavements - white stick, 10th November

If you are blind and use a white stick, cars parked on and blocking pavements are a real issue. Blind people using a white stick need to be able to find the curb to navigate. My daughter (10) is just learning to use her stick, anf finding a car on the pavement makes this impossible. If a car is damaged by a white stick user scratching the car that is blocking the pavement, will the council accept it's liability and pay for the damage? I think parking on pavements may also be illegal, so why is nothing done about it in Moreton-in-Marsh? When did a warden last visit the town?

Dog fouling, 10th November

The path from Fosseway Avenue up past the allotments is constantly awash with dog faeces. This is bad enough, but for a blind person (my daughter, 10) extremely difficult to avoid. PLEASE do something about this.

Parking on the grass banks. , 16th February

Cars, some owned by residents, have parked on these grass banks to such a degree that parts are now devoid of grass. The current state of the banks is atrocious. Surely some wooden posts could be placed to block vehicles parking. I have notified my local CDC Councilor.

All the road drains on Fossebridge Hill are blocked with debris & mud. this presents a significant risk of flooding on the road, and leads to lorries stuck on the hill. these drains need regular, planned clearance, not ad hoc best efforts.

Cars regularly parked within 25yds of main road. Makes it dangerous to approach junction with charlton road from within the estate. A double yellow line would solve the problem.
