Untaxed vehicle., 20th November

Blue Nissan Micra-reg S715 DMV.This cars tax ran out at the end of June. The car has obviously been in more than one bump as it has dents all the way down the side, the bonnet is raised slightly as if it has been in a front end bump, the back light is smashed. The female driver has no regards for other road users and has pulled out infront of other cars without looking. She lives at 47A Ellis Road.I reported the tax to the DVLA about 2months ago but no action has been taken.

Building rubble and other rubbish dumped, 16th November

Someone in the last three days had dumped a considerable amount of what appears to be building rubble (in bags) at the bottom corner of Kings Road, partially obstructing the entrance to 44-55 Kings Road. They've also thrown several bags over onto the rail embankment. It's a complete mess and spills out onto the roadway.

Throwing litter., 1st November

Almost every day our streets are beautifully swept and cleaned. Every day more litter is simply thrown onto them, and the authorities do nothing. I am more than happy to go litter-picking, if the authorities will attack litter throwing. I have approached the local police and they cannot/will not do anything about it.

Leaves, 21st October

Obviously at this time of year there will be leaves falling, however these have not been cleared at all and are piling up outside the gateways of elderly residents, they are extremely dangerous especially when wet. I can see a nasty accident coming !

Vincent Road and Rymer Road, 27th September

Over recent months the dog fouling on the pavements of Vincent Road and Rymer Road have become intolerable. The pavements are covered in it and it is especially bad in the dark as the street lighting on Vincent Road isn't great.

We also have a problem with male teenagers racing up and down on mopeds late at night.

Could something please be done about it.

Utility trench and general pavement status, 18th September

The Pavement area to the front of 181 Markfield is in a terrible state, there is a utility trench that is lower than the surrounding pavement and is missing tarmac within cracks over a near 5meter stretch of pavement.

Croydon Council visited yesterday, placed three lumps of tarmac on a bottom section and left without treading it in.

This section of pavement is a dangerous trip hazard and IS on land maintained by the council NOT private ground.

The major holes have missing tarmac, the smaller cracks are filled with moss which is NOT a form of tarmac and IS dangerous when damp.

Rubbish dumped behind garages, 8th September

Old bath and dismantled fridge and other rubbish dumped behind garages. The longer this rubbish is left, the more will be dumped. I know it is not on the highway but rubbish encourages people to dump again and again

Regular dog fouling, 4th September

In one of the flats at No. 4 Heathhurst Road live the owners of two large dogs, both of which they regularly and deliberately let out the front door to foul in the street outside and then let back in again, without ever clearing up the mess. This has been witnessed. There are regularly piles of dog mess outside several of the neighbouring houses on the pavement/in the street/sometimes even in the front gardens themselves. This has been reported before but is still happening.

Dangerous Speeding Traffic, 31st August

Please can you do something about the dangerous speed at which vehicles drive down Canham Road. The speed bumps that are currently in place are of little or of no use. Soon or later there is going to be a serious accident, not to mention the noise pollution caused.

SORN Car parked on pavement, 23rd July

A car is partly parked on #50 (small) driveway. Unfortunately its such a large car (old Mondeo) that it also covers the whole pavement. The result being that if there is a car parked on the road its near impossible with anyone with anything other than two nimble legs to get access to the reserve/allotments.

Graffiti, 6th July

The passage/ally-way located on Norbury Crescent, entrance is between No.221 & 223 Norbury crescent and ends at No.271 Norbury Crescent.

For the past 5yrs the flytipping has got worst, there are times that I am unable to drive the car out of the garage because flytipping has been dumped immediate outside the garage door. Can't get in/out of the garage I have telephoned the Council but no joy. Due the flytipping and rubbish the rats has also increased and the problems are multiplying.

This no exaggeration, we are desperate, we are seeking help from the Council to erect gates at each end of the passage/ally-way.

Overgrown Trees, 2nd July

The tree outside my house (162 South Norwood Hill) is hugely overgrown.

Apart from being a general nuisance it is seriously obstucting the light from the street lamp on the busy and often dangerous junction of South Norwood Hill and Whitehorse Lane.

Please cut the tree back before the lack of light contributes to an accident.

Thank You
